Graffiti in parks

There are a lot of different art works in the skate parks around the map, but i think it would be WAAAY cooler if players could each place up to say, 10 sprays around the map that STAY UP as long as they are in that session, making the art in each one unique! And what would be WAAAY cooler, is if you guys made like an app or a related website where players can upload custom community sprays! Uploaded sprays could take a few days to undergo developer review to ensure it’s appropriate and there you go! Tons of individual expression added to the game just like that!
