Hold switch/fakie stance and toggle stance on foot

I know there is an option to "hold fakie stance until push" but I think it would be good to have an option to stay fakie/switch despite pushing.  There should also be a way to switch stance while on...

Yes! If hold fakie stance toggle is on, it should always stay on even if pushed, because that's what happens in real life too - it's called skating switch.
