Impossible to confirm account.

Since the last update, I've been unable to get into the game. It requires me to confirm an email via verification code, but the email it's not even mine, so, I'm not receiving any code. I've checked everything, my email is correct, but in-game, it isn't, because the account I have to confirm it's not mine, and I can't do nothing but write random numbers wishing for luck, there's not an option to change the email address from the game.
