Insane Menu Visual Glitch (PC)

Hello Everyone!

I hope someone can help. I have had this type of visual glitch off and on since the game came out. With every patch I hope it will get fixed but never does. No other game on my PC has any type of visual glitch like this and honestly this makes the game borderline unplayable as the menu is virtually unreadable. There is bleed through of the other menu screens through each other. When I leave the menu and go back tot he over world, it's like there are pieces of the menu burnt into the screen while I'm playing. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or if it is just on EA's end? Like I said, no other problems with any other games, just Skate.
