Locked in tutorial map

finished the main tutorial and got up to the part where you go to san van on the loading screen my game crashed and I loaded my game back up to be stuck in the tutorial map without being able to access san van. I have jumped off the pier, deleted and installed my game and tried to reset my progress, nothing has worked. I have been stuck in here since the release of the game
