Locked out

Hey everyone, I was recently trying to log into my EA account. And realized I've been locked out of it, I can get into the forums through a Gmal log in. But for whatever reason, EA emails won't deliver to my Gmail. So I'm stuck in an endless loop currently, and scared of loosing my Skate account in the near future as I've grown to love it. If you can get back to me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, have a great day!!

    Hey there. Thanks for getting in touch. Have you check the Promotions folder in gmail? Our emails often end up there.

    I did yes, thank you so much for getting back to me. And apologies, I'm on Skate currently. But I checked the spam, promotions, and I do believe updates pages. But they never made it to me, it's a really mysterious glitch. But I can send you an Email, or I'm sure you can find mine. I sent in a ticket as well with EA but never got a response, which I'm sure is due to the glitch I was experiencing. But I know all the information for my EA, and majority of the games. If not, all of the games that were tied to it. My PC should have a Microsoft signature as well, and I play on Xbox Series S the most currently as I'm locked out. But any assistance if you can provide it would be greatly appreciated, I love Skate so much. And it's always been around since I was kid, so I'm always here to support it.

    Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, we can't help with this over the EA Forums. You'll need to chat with an advisor. Do you see the case when logging in to your account at help.ea.com?

    Unfortunately I can't due to not being able to sign into the account, but if there is a way I could contact an advisor and have them know what's up that would be amazing.

    Try using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page to open a case. Make sure you're not signed in. You can submit a case as a guest. That should get you in touch with an advisor.
