Missing Veteran Rewards - Deluxe Founder - Max Rank (PS5)

I am a Deluxe Founder on PlayStation 5. I have reached Max Level 10 in three neighborhoods (Market Mile, Hedgemont, and Gullcrest), but none of my Level 10 Veteran gear has unlocked in my inventory.

​As a Founder who has already purchased and spent 5,900 SVB, it is incredibly frustrating to hit the level cap and receive nothing. I have already tried restarting my console and restoring licenses. Please manually grant my missing Veteran items to my account and consider a San Van Buck credit for the time lost and the broken progression experience.

    I have the Vans (Milestone Reward), but the Mastery Box for reaching Level 10 did not trigger. I am missing the Independent Trucks, Spitfire Wheels, and the Thrasher Beanie which are tied to the Veteran Tier of Market Mile, Hedgemont, and Gullcrest.
