Mmhm this does seem pretty congruent with what most people were experiencing in the beta, not that I am familiar with this particular instance. On the other hand it would seem that in the playtest that I did see that sometimes power sliding or not having certain collisions on your setting could apply here.
note: this is just a link to something that could be of use (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4cGFQ0obJcA) but really in this particular instance; it almost sounds like until or either if your able to reset from a maybe a different platform or if you could deselect the missions and proceed in a different format of just completing your normally daily's.
Also character customization settings could play a part here, but not really able to confirm here.
