More camera height?

Only played for 20-30 minutes, didn't have any major bugs. The one problem I had was seeing what was ahead of me -- maybe its because I was playing on an ultrawide monitor, but the camera was way too low for me to see what was directly in front of me. The off-sets in the camera settings only shift the camera to either side, and I tried that, but they didn't move it enough and there didn't seem to be any vertical movement available in the settings. Again, could've been due to playing on an ultrawide, I'll try to play on a more standard 16:9 monitor to see if its easier there.

  • try changing the fov (field of view) the lower it is the better you can see what is happening in front of you.

  • Not sure if this will help, but there are two camera heights you can switch between: high and low. Of the two, I prefer the lower; while the lateral fov is better on the higher option, it’s angled towards the ground. Once I switched to the other, I found general traversal much easier. It’s not the default option, though.

Also, you can switch between these on the fly with the thumb sticks, along with camera orientation to left/right side of your skater. But, those toggle have to be enabled in the game settings first unless you are playing on Advanced mode.

  • I play on 16/9 and have the same problem changing the camera from low to high does nothing...
