My game is glitched and I am mad

I am stuck right here. It keeps on saying that I will help you keep up with new challenges and then it opens the map and instantly closes it and repeats itself and so on and so on and so on.

Broken daily and weekly tasks
I was playing just before the daily and weekly tasks were refreshed. When the tasks refreshed, the game froze for a moment and didn't show one of the daily and weekly quests, so I can't complete them...
