When I installed the game it has been slow.
But when I do a mission the game starts to be at normal speed, I don't understand.
I don't know if it's due to my graphic components but I strongly doubt it. If anyone has an idea of what it can be I will be delighted that we but so that I can solve this problem.

I can only assume this comes down to hardware - When you're in a mission, you're "locked" to that map zone, so nothing outside of it needs to be generated, whereas when you're free-roaming, a lot more needs to be generated.
I should state - this comes from my experience with other large map games like GTA 5 etc, with underspec hardware, everything ran in "slow motion" until I was in a mission where you're "space" limited - Maybe update all your drivers if your hardware is truly above spec
