Yep, just had the same issue, F doing all that again.. 2hrs of progress just gone
I did it again as reopened the game tried the easiest challenge a single '180 to 25m grind', it registered, crossed off and rewarded ..so did the others. I ended up doing the 180 laser flip challenge 3 times, as that reset twice.
I'm giving the game till season 3, if thats another dead release i'll just use it as a skate simulator and ignore challenges. The rewards aren't worth it imo, I literally do the events for the rip score and then the almost entirley junk rewards/items are ignored for all time.
