New things?

Hello, i was playing earlier and i heard these npc say something about a bridge being opened? Possibly the one norh of hedgmount, and far in the distance i see the other part of thr bridge connected to some sort of town, it looks more open and less crowded and more country part. I would like to have nice trees and roads with abandoned buildings with empty pools and skate areas in it around the countryside to make it more skate style. And this is kinda useless but it make the world feel alive, maybe add npcs riding bikes or motorbikes because the game is strictly to parked bikes and cars and trucks so maybe motorbikes will make it a bit more detailed? Also i would kind of like to have swimming in the game and maybe not directly to other maps because it would break it but maybe the border of you cant swim could be a teleport back to the map?  This is all my imagination, it could or not be in the game it is my opinion.
