not receiving my rewards for leveling up my city!!

Question

i was suppose to receive the spider web grip tape design as one of my rewards for leveling up a section of the city and it never reached my inventory. not sure if anything else is missing but i was looking forward to that one in particular and noticed i didn’t get it. please give me my reward EA 🙏&nbsp;

update - so i got my rewards. it turns out, it’s like delayed or something. when i leveled up, i received the rewards from the previous level up milestone. so when i was suppose to get the spider web grip tape when leveling up, i didn’t get it until the next level when i was suppose to get other rewards. this is strange&nbsp;
