not receiving my rewards for leveling up my city!!

update - so i got my rewards. it turns out, it’s like delayed or something. when i leveled up, i received the rewards from the previous level up milestone. so when i was suppose to get the spider web grip tape when leveling up, i didn’t get it until the next level when i was suppose to get other rewards. this is strange
