if i try to do tricks it wont let me, theres literally just a horizontal line like i cant draw upwards, kinda sad because i dont want to buy an extra xbox controller

facing the same issue with a generic (Licensed PowerA) Nintendo Switch controller. Need to try noud284 suggestion of uninstalling skate. from EA launcher and download it from steam.
FYI i've been using the very same controller to fly the chopper in BF6 (steam) with no issues during mapping.

noud284 thanks for the suggestion. It worked. I will then have to use the A->B switch option in Steam to make it fully work.
