Persistent State Where No Other Players Appear Even When Connected

This is sometimes a bug where the environment is entirely empty even if you see tons of people on the map.

That said sometimes in the middle of the night it's empty and there really needs to be a host migration button or something that doesn't force you to login and logout repeatedly.
