For some reason I chose to play as a girl. Now I’ve played a bunch and would like to change to a man. Currently you can’t even delete your progress and character let alone just switch the sex. Cheers
It's just change the body type and voice.
There's no set genders as such. Regardless of which preset you chose at the start, you can alter the character to look like any of the other presets (or totally different) after. In the 'body shape' selector, I think the odd numbers represent more male builds and even numbers more female. Then fiddle with the chest/hips/booty sliders. Hope this helps.
