Problems purchasing SV bucks

Underneath the rip chip boxes in the shop is supposed to be purchase options for SV bucks. Well that’s what I’m being told anyways but on my screen there is nothing . Im very disappointed I really wanted to purchase something for the shop today before the timer runs out but I don’t know if the issue will be fixed in time. Please help me
