Replay Editor Freezing

I’m an avid filmer on Skate. Have been since the good ol' Skate 2 days. I love filming realistic tricks, and making videos out of them for social media. Filming is a huge part of why I play this game because I find it enjoyable. However, what I’m not enjoying is the replay editor constantly freezing while replaying my clips. The game it’s self doesn’t freeze. But what will happen is the playback will freeze right in the middle of the trick, or after I’ve landed the trick. Sometimes it will freeze and doesn’t show the trick at all, just the roll away. It’s frustrating to have to go back and re-do a trick, and even more frustrating if the trick was difficult, or tedious to do. I have tried tips like turning off pedestrians and traffic, and making sure that my player filtering is set to “All”, and setting my replay history to 30s. However, while this helped marginally this doesn’t solve the issue. I’m playing it on PS4 and I’m also wondering if it’s a console issue, or both. If anyone has experienced this and has been able to resolve it, I’d love to hear from you. This game is good, but this is one issue I think EA could spend some time addressing so players like me can enjoy the game more.

    Xbox console player here… noticed the same thing time to time very recently.

    Had no ability to make a clip at all probably until a week or so…maybe 10 days ago.

    Still have no ability to “screenshot”

    I’m not sure also if it’s because it’s being worked on synchronously at the same time or not…. But I’ve experienced this myself. Currently am able to save a clip FINALLY!

    But camera angles are unchangeable currently as I am exporting…despite the notification that all “movements/camera angles will be recorded”… 

    I’ve been trying to land a leap into that spread eagle nonsense off the top of ImpervaTech landing on the Blue Twisting Wave Sculpture found/next to the O.R.B. Where you start the dailies for “Legendary and Tree Hugger’ in Market Mile. 

    Landed and Clipped once. System lost/deleted the clip?

    The replay editor is really bad. I wouldn’t even call it editor, just a replay viewer. No keyframes, no camera angles, no transition, no zoom, no effects… you can view a trick you did but you can’t really make a cool “skate video”. We already know EA has the technology for it, they used it in previous games. 
    I think, and wrote it before, that if they want this game to be really big, the video editing needs a major fix. I guess, it’s still in early days, so we’ll see in the next update if things change
