Request to Restore Pre-Update Face Appearance
My character’s face has deteriorated to the point of looking like a different person. The attached images show the pre-update face on the top and the post-update face on the bottom.
In Season 1, I was able to create a clean, pale-skinned face. After the update, even though I kept the same face, dark shading appeared around the eyes and nose. I thought a new feature had been applied, but there is no setting to remove it. Looking closely, even the eyelashes and nose shape have changed. The overall color, including the mouth, is far too dark and cannot be lightened. From a distance, the eyes and nose stand out unnaturally, and the face now looks sickly and unclean, like that of an addict. The body’s pale skin tone has also been reduced by one option.
Changing every graphics setting goes without saying, and none of it makes any difference. I cannot understand why the original appearance was not preserved, or why the facial visuals were degraded. It looks as if an amateur tampered with it. I demand the addition of a feature that restores the character’s appearance to the Season1 version.
I had been looking forward to Season 2, but this ruined it instantly. I paid for the bus because I liked the face I had created before the update and it made me want to get other outfits and gestures. If my face looked as ugly as it does after the update, I would not have paid.
I want my money back. It feels like a betrayal. If this is not fixed, I will quit.
