Is there any way to reset ur character and game completely, im still stuck under the bridge and my games still bugging

I’ve been trying the same thing. I contacted the ea support team but nothing seems too work. This is getting ridiculous. It feels like my account is bugged.
What I’m saying I’ve been contacting em and I just wanna play the game honestly they said it was fixed but I reset it so many times and doesn’t do anything
