resolution changing when booting game and graphic settings not changing

everytime i boot up the game it always goes to the lowest resolution and i always have to change the resolution and its getting annoying. and when i want to change graphic settings i click apply and it doesnt change and it also changes the resolution to the lowest. is there a fix or i just gotta wait for devs to fix it?
