Rip Score popup still coming up when getting a Title

I find this behavior to be strange, considering Titles from those boxes do not give you Rip Score when you obtain them, yet the rip score popup still comes up anyway. I have to wonder if this is intended behavior, are Titles meant to give Rip Score, or not? If not, I have to ask why they are in these boxes in the first place. It creates an annoying situation for people who have completed all the other boxes, but are trying to get through the DIY/Builders boxes for 11k Rip Score.
