RIP SCORE problem

Ive had this issue since the update idk about anyone else.. where i u lock an item whether it be from boxes or the pass.. i unlock the item but then like a second later my rip score comes up saying i upgraded to the next level of unlocks.. plus  the item i got from the pass or boxes shows up again
