San Van Bucks Removed, Bug

Hi, I was redeeming the san van bucks from the legacy pass (Season 1) and once finished, I had 500 less san van bucks on my account.

I then looked at the shop and it says I bought the ‘Red Thrasher Hoodie’, when I never did so…

This is the second game breaking glitch that has happened to me, this year already. First was not getting my daily tix (for having premium pass) and now this? Losing 500 san van bucks out of my control.

I do not like this hoodie, let alone losing in-game currency I planned to use on the next season pass.

  • This has also happened to me while trying to redeem season pass content. It used 500 SVB and now I am -500 down. I think it gave me some orange and grey shorts from the store instead which I did not want!!

    I’d like to clarify there is a post already about this but the comments have been closed and claimed as fixed. If a mod could see this and re open it. I’d like to get my currency back please as I’m needing it for the following season pass content.

    We Are Cooked, Devs don’t even care to respond/reply. We are on our own, even when you try to support an early access you enjoy by purchasing their items. EA will still f you over😂😭💀

    Ignoring players who are basically building and fixing theirr game for them is gonna send this game dowm to hell if they don’t sort these issues soon! I feel like my currency has been scammed

    It's possible they haven't replied to you, because you've posted this in the general feedback and discussion, rather than any recognised support channel.

    I have contacted Skate. customer support and like my daily tix problem was given the same response. Paraphrasing here “This is our/my first time hearing this, I will notify the Skate. Team of this bug, you got any other issues?”

    However, if you know a better or any more support channel, I would appreciate if you could tell me/us. Just a response from an actual Skate. Dev would be appreciated as a start.

    I was only making the comment as it seemed you hadn't contacted them in the right place, if you're saying you've done that, that's the full scope of what I can say. 

    Most games that have a dev team working at scale will not have devs responding to tickets, and it's probably a separate community team that deals with all the forums stuff.
