Had San van bucks removed from my account on 2/20/25 for no reason. I still haven’t had anyone offer any type of assistance. This companies “support” team does anything but their jobs, it seems. I have even provided a video showing the bug in-game. I have never had an experience like this. It’s truly an amazing how incompetent these individuals are.
Had 5000 of my Tickets removed from the previous season that i spent my time grinding for. They just removed all of em. and want me to pay money to get more. AFTER i spent 25€ on a pass and their stupid currency. This **bleep** is a scam, feel like a sucker fr. some straight up BS. They disrespected my time. And to hear this is crazy. How EA thats a multi billion dollar company dont have customer support is insane. How it can be legal to charge 6$ for a character animation baffles tf out of me there should be some type of rules with microtransactions to prevent greed like this. Never in history have i seen anything like it. I feel violated. Ima get my moneys worth and play but EA never gone see another dyme out of me. Shoutout to the people over there thats trying to make a dope game, but EA FD IT UP.
