Season 2 is a complete mess...

  • Black screen crashes (also tanks Discord connection)
  • Post-mission "Collecting..." load screen soft locks.
  • Completed missions not counting toward task stretch goals.
  • Other skaters move like they're in a slideshow.
  • Invisible crew members, other skaters, cars and peds.
  • Street textures still go missing.

Maybe they'll have these fixed by Season 14...

honestly they need to do closed (or open) beta testing with around a few hundred players for at least a couple weeks in advance and have the whole main dev team on stand by - that would solve these new issues they have in each new season, because it's understandable new updates break stuff.. Like I want skaters to move smoothly again, I want the orange glow in the eyes to be fixed but I'm unsure if this is a "minor" enough issue that they will fix it mid season or next season.

because that's their current workflow, they ONLY push big updates on season updates, even if they are somewhat glaring issues that might need addressing quickly

there are consistent ways to workaround the last 2 issues you suggested but ye - maybe it happens too often

As reasonable of a solution as this is, it would do nothing. That's what the skate.insiders were for, and despite having early access to the game, it amounted to nothing. They claimed insiders would help shape the game, but in reality they were only there to stress test the servers. Our feedback fell on deaf ears, not a single thing changed between beta and open builds, and to this day they continue to ignore their community and/or take weeks to address game breaking issues.

Having the skate.insider title means literally fk all... despite best efforts, and I've never seen such lackluster efforts to keep a game up and running to a standard that could maintain a community.
