Seasonal tasks

Question

What’s the point of finishing seasonal tasks if there is no reward ? When I click claim it doesn’t give me anything and when I close the tasks menu and go back it shows that I need to claim again. Is this just a glitch or anyone else having the same problem?

they said in the grind update on discord that there just isn't a reward and it's a visual glitch that it's prompting to redeem. seems pretty stupid when they could just add a reward for finishing their challenges.
