Select always map, Start always home

Select is setup so that it always opens map which is fine. The problem is that start is setup to open the last open menu, which if is map, now you have two buttons that do the same thing. Also the fact that you never know what start will actually open feels unpredictable.

It's preferable that select always opens map, and start always opens home, or perhaps add an options setting to customize what start should do by default.
