Skate 4 important feedback

Skate 4 needs to copy. Simple. I know this game is an innovation of the skate franchise but it needs to implement what other games has to completely dominate the scene, it has the potential. here is what i mean : 

Skate. Needs to implement a real world scenery like 2k has done. 2K implemented stores you can walk into. the tattoo parlor, you can physically go in it and not just press a button and be teleported. you can walk around the store. it is interactive. also 2k has implemented go karts. you can ride go-karts around the city, you can go on a go kart track, its just fun. it adds depth to the game. Imagine if we had our own Skate park like how we have MyCourt in 2k. It would truly go a long way.
