skateboard rendering bug

When I enter my game it only loads the map around where I was born, but when I walk forward the map does not render, there are parts of the map that do not appear, like invisible cars, part of the ground, even buildings become invisible, I've tried changing everything in the video settings, but it still doesn't work.
