The board physics have felt off this week since the arrival of 0.28 and Early Access. Prior to that, boards felt weightier and had stiffer trucks/tighter turning circles. Likewise, ramps feel slightly faster now, with slightly less resistance over surfaces generally.
I find myself wondering which of these problems are gameplay tweaks and which might be tied to server load. In my experience across playtests and Early Access, periods of higher demand coincide with spottier game response - the reason being that the server is calculating all physics. With greater demand comes greater lag, leading to looser gameplay.
