"Skip dialogue" before challenge bug

Hi! I cant skip this short dialogue before every challenge, anyone also have this problem? i tried veryfying files, even reinstalling game, but still not working like it should.

Any fixes?

It happened loong time before todays update, I just thought that it will be fixed.
