I have the same issue, was able to complete the other mission but got bugged on (4/6 start the own the spot). I can see the purple beacon but I can't interact with it in any why.

Same, and can't select other ones. I'm on the last part of it where I have to "celebrate success", no idea what I have to do to continue and complete the mission... Ive tried going back to the spot and emoting because maybe that would work? No luck though
