St. Paddy's Day Challenge Goals Bugged

"Complete Challenge Goals" didn't track in the task list for one of the challenges but all challenges are showing as completed on the map. Repeating the challenges doesn't give you any further progress so it is impossible for me to complete the St. Paddy's Day event.
