Still can’t complete missions 🤦‍♂️

Since the start of the game, I have not been able to complete my missions I am on the mission open your eyes and since my very first time opening the game, it will not pop up on my map I am level 10 in hedgemount and gullcrest village and have completed all weekly tasks and even the events and still my missions will not pop up every time I click on my missions. It says complete more challenges to progress through the missions, but I do the challenges every day and then they just reset the next day please fix
