Was hoping this update would actually refund my San Van Bucks from the playtest that they said was reimbursed plus 40% and I still don’t have it. They gave me 250 bucks for playtesting I assume, but ...

    Wow, just learned they won’t be reimbursing SVB that was earned thru gameplay. Awful system they’ve devised and 100% won’t be spending any money on this game. If it can’t be earned, it won’t be bought.

How do I contact support? I paid for SVB and didn’t get my SVB cuz the game froze and then crashed on my PS5. The money was taken from my account and I have all the screenshots to prove that the transaction went through but I wasn’t given the SVB I paid for.
