Stuck on Skater Eyes Mission:

I'm actually enjoying the game, but i really wish i could do some missions to unlock further gear and fast travels. Im currently only being able to freeplay because one of my missions is completely busted:

No reqs for it but at the same time, no objective to be done..

Anyone facing similar issues, or know how to fix it? Tried reinstalling, tried tweaking settings and nothing seem to work..
