The game is slow, as if it's lagging.

My game (since the beta) has been lagging, and the characters start talking in slow motion, and my character keeps paddling the skateboard but never picks up speed (because the game is in slow motion). I never contacted support because I thought it was due to the beta version or that it was a temporary bug and EA would fix it quickly, but I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it, searched for solutions, but I can't find anything. Please fix this soon!!!!
