The game keeps crashing

It's so annoying, I wonder if it's a ram issue

but i don't know how to allocate more ram

Same here, it sucks. They either need to fix it ASAP or at least let people skip the tutorial so people can actually play the game

It freezes even if you are not a new player. They did something that makes the game crash on some systems.

it's terrible

I can’t play the game at all as it always crashes when i touch the board in the tutorial. “An error has occurred”. Can’t be the ps5 itself as other “more demanding” games run without any problems. My friends who have already finished the tutorial can play normally too. Tried the ps4 version too but same thing happens. Can someone tell me if they faced the same issue and have found a fix for this? Or please just fix it EA. 

Game crashes in the tutorial on the first drop in tried every possible solution written and known to mankind nothing works. Please fix this i have encountered numerous people with the same issue and its very disappointing that nothing is being done to fix things

when i boot up the game and start moving around, the game randomly freezes then it brings me back to desktop. i tried verifying files and it said that it had 3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired it didnt work at all. i tried to use the ea client but the same thing happens. is there a fix to it or do i gotta wait for an update to fix this issue

So, I’m running into a really consistent crash in the Skate tutorial and I can’t get past it.

Here’s what happens:
I complete the walking tutorial and I’m free to move around the whole starting area.
After climbing the wall, I step on the marker to pick up the skateboard.
At that exact point, the game either instantly crashes, or my FPS drops to almost zero and then it crashes after a few seconds.

I tested this on two different devices:
On Xbox Series X, same exact crash at the pickup marker.
And on PC (using EA App, same account), the crash happens in the exact same place and timings.

So it’s 100% reproducible for me and doesn’t seem tied to just one platform. I already tried verifying the installation, checking for update and clearing cache, but the issue keeps happening under similar conditions.

Same thing on my PC, wouldn't load at all if launched from steam, so I launch from ea app and as soon as I get the skateboard it crashes
