So according to the info page on the skate.pass there are multiple ways to earn tix, apparently one of these ways is by exchanging rip chips for tix but nowhere in any of the menu tabs can you exchange rip chips for tix, only sv-bucks. Am i right in saying you cant exchange them or am i being dumb and not looking in the right place...

I have like 25k rip chips and nothing left I want to unlock.
I want to exchange them all for Tix, then use the Tix to unlock the SV Bucks, then use the SVB to buy premium items for free.

it's the other way around. i think on 2 of the pages in the tix shop you can exchange tix for sv-bucks.....just 100 each 😒

Seems like a pretty major typo... I mean, it's hard to imagine that this was completely accidental. Adding a whole extra bullet point outlining a way players can earn tix that doesn't require that they either spend money, or tirelessly grind daily/weekly/seasonal challenges, just to then say it was a "typo" seems a bit weird, you know?

Yeah it would have been absolutely terrible to give those of us that have grinded daily for the past couple months something for our time, work and money (paid battle pass) lol.
I spent 20k of my 60k rip chips on more crap I didn't want last night out of sheer boredom and getting annoyed with my gathering chips lol. What are they even good for now? Ripscore is meaningless besides getting the 11k trophy, which in itself doesn't matter to me one way or the other. I assumed at least ripscore would come to mean something with the introduction of a battle pass but nope.
For a game ALL about grinding, there's not really anything to grind for and the grinding is tediously time-walled, and all items with a brand on them are now pay-walled. Not including a single branded item in a PAID pass, is crazy work imho.
Sorry getting off track here a bit, I'm just getting a bit frustrated by the now seemingly pretty pointless grind, and backpedalling on things like how you can use the currency you're grinding for, and that's without mentioning the constant nerfing of it all, and getting less and less as the weeks go on... This game flat out disrespects your time, and money tbh, at least currently. Man, I hope this improves, and soon.

I have about the same amount as well as a crapton of tix. There's just nothing worth spending on.
I have a many of the free loot boxes maxed and everything left sucks. I'll have a lot for Brickswich I guess 😂
