Tour 3 step 8 is bugged, counter resets making challenge impossible
Tour 3 step 8 is to complete 15 challenge goals in gullcrest, however once a challenge is completed the counter quickly resets to zero before reaching the next challenge

It looks from the video to be augmented: in stating that the current challenge you did is not connected to the actually mission you are on. I've seen this on my end in the playtest when I did a lot of the tri-tower missions when there would be a manual in the mission and it would not count towards progression correctly.
Suggestions would be too de-select the mission on progression, restart the game, and see if progression could re-instate itself as well
