unable to redeem tasks bug

when I finish the new quests from skate-o-ween "challenge goals in "witches brew" "spider bait" "heathen flip" its not registering that I've  finished the quests and I cant redeem the quest. fyi I have 5 challenges done in heathen flip, 4 done in witches brew, and 3 in spider bait yet it still displays as 9/12
