variable hippie jumps heights

in the previous games if you tap x you'll do a small hippie jump more like a hop and it worked great when hippie jumping a small obstacle but in the current skate. it's always max height which looks silly when your jumping five feet into the air just to clear an obstacle that 6 inches high. 

I'd love to see you guys bring back the variable height hippie jumps based on how long you hold down X before release and tap X for very a small hop.
