Why is there no Access to the Isle of Gram

I got on a new account just to use the mega ramp because there’s no way to access it, I left the game on the isle still and when i got back on it teleported me to san van. How can you lock the best mega ramp in the game behind the first unplayable mission?

    They have confirmed in The Grind Vol.5 that they will be adding access back to the tutorial Island.

    "We will be opening the Isle of Grom(tutorial island) up at some point during Early Access..."
