WHY IS THIS GAME STILL BROKEN?

On PC. I literally did a fresh install of windows, fresh driver install. Nothing else on my PC. And it constantly crashes. Junk. What else am I supposed to do? The crashing has gotten worse and worse and it's to the point that I get through one challenge and it either hangs on the skip screen or just outright crashes. Unplayable garbage.
