why isnt there already a night and day cycle
I dont know why they still havent added one but i feel as if it would be wrong for them not to add it during this event and just keep it as the norm afterwards everything would look so much better at...

yes indeed. with all the lanterns placed carefully at literally every spot i was also thinking they would just drop night time for a little hype with the update now. because halloween. at least some screenfilter.
they added turned on lights at some spots with the last update and further fleshed out that one tunnel, so i thought this was a tease.
this is no baked lighting, people just repeating buzzwords blindly.
i believe they are planning to do it at some point. otherwise carefully lamps and lanterns literally everywhere wouldnt make sense.
i guess with probably oclusion releated crashing and other ctd reported with graphic releated issues, it may be some performance issue and is just development hell disguised in their filthy untrue marketing.
the devs are making a good job with the skate sim, the marketing is just cancerous and funked up business decisions leading the way.
