Wrong Platform Code (PC instead of XBOX)

Hey, I've been part of the Playtest since December 24, back in the day I only had a PS4, so I enrolled for that platform. One year later, I've moved on to an XBOX Series Console, declaring that I from now on wish to do Game Previews on my XBOX as a main console in the personal preferences. Now I tried several enrollments to get an XBOX Code, but I've only gotten PC Codes since changing my personal preferences. So, seeing that everyone is getting the platform code they asked for, and me sitting there with a PC Code I can't use is a bummer. Can someone please direct me in the process of getting the code for the right platform?
