1080ti constantly at 84 degrees while playing and in menus

hi, i got the same issue with a different GPU, and my GPU heating overall is way too high in regard of the others recent games i play.

My GPU is doing a lot of coil whine too,  when i launch the game and its temp go at their max very fast, whatever i do, a game or if i stay in the menu.

There is something really wrong with this game, sounds like a poor optimisation to me, please do something ASAP.
